Privacy Policy for NenTrading App

NenTrading (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the NenTrading mobile application (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our App.

By using the NenTrading App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

The NenTrading app may collect the following information to provide its services:

a) User Account Information

• Login details for Sales and Admin users (as configured by the organization)

b) Business and Transaction Data

• Store code and store selection details
• Collection amount entered by the sales person
• Payment method selected (Cash / UPI / Bank Transfer, etc.)
• Date and time of collection entry
• Receipt / invoice details generated through the app

c) Customer Contact Information

• Customer phone number (used to send receipts via WhatsApp)

d) Device / Technical Information

• Device model and OS version
• App performance logs
• Crash reports (for improving stability)

2. Purpose of Data Collection

We collect and use data for the following purposes:

• To allow sales persons to record daily cash collections
• To manage and track store-wise payment collection history
• To generate receipts based on the amount entered
• To send receipts (PDF or message) to a WhatsApp number
• To allow admin users to review daily/weekly/monthly collections
• To improve the app performance and fix bugs

3. Payments

NenTrading does not provide online payment processing.

All payments are collected offline (cash, UPI, bank transfer, etc.) and the app is used only for record keeping and receipt generation.

4. WhatsApp Communication

The NenTrading app allows sending receipts to customers through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta WhatsApp API).

When sending receipts:

• The customer phone number and receipt details may be transmitted to WhatsApp servers.
• WhatsApp message delivery status (sent/delivered/read/failed) may be received by our system for tracking.

NenTrading does not control how WhatsApp processes your data. Please refer to Meta’s privacy policy for further details.

5. Data Storage and Firebase Services

NenTrading uses Google Firebase services such as:

• Firebase Firestore (to store collection entries, store details, and receipt records)
• Firebase Storage (to store generated receipt PDFs if applicable)
• Firebase Cloud Functions (to handle WhatsApp delivery acknowledgments and automation)

Your data is stored securely using Firebase infrastructure.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent user data.

We may share information only when necessary for app functionality, including:

• Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) for sending WhatsApp receipts
• Google Firebase services for data storage and processing
• Legal authorities if required by law

7. Data Retention

Collection and receipt data may be stored as long as required for business reporting, auditing, accounting, and tracking daily collection history.

8. Security

We take reasonable security measures to protect user data, including secure cloud database rules, access control based on user roles (Admin / Sales), and encrypted communication using HTTPS.

However, no online system is 100% secure.

9. Children’s Privacy

NenTrading is intended for business use only and is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
